Paul has provided advice to middle market companies for more than 30 years, beginning as a corporate finance professional advising a wide range of Midwestern companies on capital structure and generating shareholder value through acquisition analysis and financing strategies.
For more than 15 years Paul has served as a partner in a Midwestern private equity fund gaining exposure to hundreds of businesses. The fund is invested in a dozen standalone companies and has made 10 follow-on acquisitions.
With more than 35 years of experience in running teams, regions, divisions, and companies of Fortune 500 companies, and he has spent time as President of privately held companies and the owner of manufacturing and retail companies. Terry has also served as head wrestling coach for University of Notre Dame, as President of a $65 million company, and as a CSI consultant for more than 120 companies.
With over 20 years as a CSI partner and our resident Next Level Practice Group Leader, Louie has helped dozens of companies, from those in crisis to those being groomed for sale, increase cash flow, profits, and enterprise value. He has served for years as a trusted advisor and many clients can testify to the worth of his counsel. Prior to joining CSI, his experience included owner/president of family businesses and the head of multiple divisions of a publicly-traded company.
CSI’s founder has conducted many successful performance enhancement assignments. As a coach and advisor he has worked tirelessly to help countless company presidents navigate the rough terrain found in the daily duties of the top executive. Operating as CEO on extended assignments, Steve has restructured and re-invigorated businesses of various sizes and industries. He has owned and sold several businesses personally, and has sold companies for clients at their request.
Bringing decades of financial management and business ownership experience to the table with each CSI client, Robert has an extensive career history working as a Controller, Executive Vice President, CFO, and President of various companies in the construction and services industries.
Robert is no stranger to rolling up his sleeves and tackling difficult problems head-on. Over the past four decades, he has aided business owners in understanding their finances, meeting their strategic objectives, and providing them with solutions to help streamline ongoing business practices. Robert currently serves as our Turnaround Practice Group Leader.
With over 30 years of practical experience in financial and operational capacities, John has served privately-held wholesale/distribution, food processing, construction, engineering, fabrication, and ancillary businesses ranging in size from $10 to $100 million in sales. John’s past job titles have included CFO, Operations Manager, and Executive Vice President before joining the consulting world.
Patrick comes to the table with more than 30 years of financial and general management operating responsibility for companies ranging from $500,000 to $1.2 billion in sales. He is experienced in turnarounds, labor contract negotiations, distribution channel management, pricing, quoting management and controls, lean manufacturing implementation, systems enhancement, production and inventory control, product/manufacturing sourcing, and M&A.
An experienced leader and entrepreneur with a passion for coaching, Dennis has challenged individuals to reach their unique potential for over 40 years. He has broad experience in optimizing organizational structure, sales, manufacturing, purchasing, quality, planning, finance, and partnerships. As an avid student, he applies the best practices gained from his continual learning efforts. He has been an active member of The Alternative Board for 15 years, Church Elder for 10 years, Facilitator of Higher Ground Urban Youth Outreach for nine years and contributing member of Above and Beyond the Playground for five years.
Jeff is a results-oriented executive with proven ability in navigating businesses through difficult times. He has strong financial, sales and managerial experience in the manufacturing, travel, transportation, and pharmacy business, but above all, brings an ability to effectively lead an organization to profitably. Jeff offers strong leadership, communication, and business skills, along with financial discipline especially in turnaround and subsequent growth situations.
Art brings a wealth of plant floor manufacturing expertise to clients of CSI and is a hands-on problem solver across any number of industries. Working closely with plant floor personnel, Art uses experiential learning techniques to truly see what is happening in production processes. His solution set will reduce bottlenecks, improve throughput, increase quality and on-time delivery, and reduce stress for all involved.
Dan is a multi-platform/multi-language software developer, designer, marketer, brand architect, IT systems analyst, and entrepreneur. At 19 years old, Dan acquired and developed a business around the internet domain name ‘Coffeehouse.com’. One year later, Dan founded Vilcorp, Inc., a Milwaukee based interactive media solutions firm. He excels in seeing weakness or inefficiency in a system, and marshaling the required financial and human resources in order to execute.
