George Konstantakis, an experienced entrepreneur and product developer, has left a mark on business and design. Co-founding his first company at 27, he’s known for turning innovative ideas into successful ventures. His diverse range of products, from vehicle storage solutions to child safety devices, reflects a keen understanding of market needs. 

George was a CSI client before becoming a CSI Advisor. As the former Chief Executive of a longstanding U.S. product design firm, George, with help from Terry Mather of CSI, navigated the challenges of the 2009 recession, emphasizing operational excellence and preserving the company’s legacy of innovation.

George is especially effective at helping CSI clients develop product offerings targeting customer wants. He is also skilled at developing Sales Processes specific to the clients’ needs.

With over 30 years of experience across consumer, medical, industrial, and commercial sectors, George’s hands-on approach to product development sets him apart. His leadership roles at Laacke & Joys LLC and Brooks Stevens, Inc. have left a lasting impact, showcasing his strategic thinking and project management skills.

George’s academic achievements include a certificate in Managing Product Development from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, a MS Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Pennsylvania State University, and a BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He holds licenses as a pilot and professional engineer, emphasizing his technical expertise.

Beyond business, George’s interests in aviation, coding, mentoring children in product design, and maintaining general fitness highlight his well-rounded personality and passion for continuous learning.
