ABOUT DENNIS
An experienced leader and entrepreneur with a passion for coaching, Dennis has challenged individuals to reach their unique potential for over 40 years. He has broad experience in optimizing organizational structure, sales, manufacturing, purchasing, quality, planning, finance, and partnerships. As an avid student, he applies the best practices gained from his continual learning efforts. He has been an active member of The Alternative Board for 15 years, Church Elder for 10 years, Facilitator of Higher Ground Urban Youth Outreach for nine years and contributing member of Above and Beyond the Playground for five years.
In 1994 Dennis moved from behind the executive desk to a partnership in a startup business venture. Using his experience and goal setting skills, the startup is now a flourishing business with 50 employees.
His passions for coaching and guiding disenfranchised youth have spilled over to students in Siliguri India, Adidome Ghana, and Milwaukee. As an advocate for at-risk students, Dennis is currently mentoring student-athletes of urban Milwaukee in life skills, in addition to advising a nonprofit organization that serves them.
