Prior to joining CSI, his experience included owner/president of family businesses and the head of multiple divisions of a publicly-traded company. He has been a principal on both the buy and sell sides of M&A transactions and engaged in all facets of labor relations including contract negotiations. His consulting methodology is to involve an organization’s people resources in the development of desired goals, design of plans and timelines to achieve, and determination of metrics to measure progress and ensure accountability for achievement.
