With over 20 years as a CSI partner and our resident Next Level Practice Group Leader, Louie has helped dozens of companies, from those in crisis to those being groomed for sale, increase cash flow, profits, and enterprise value. He has served for years as a trusted advisor and many clients can testify to the worth of his counsel. Prior to joining CSI, his experience included owner/president of family businesses and the head of multiple divisions of a publicly-traded company. He has been a principal on both the buy and sell sides of M&A transactions and engaged in all facets of labor relations including contract negotiations. His consulting methodology is to involve an organization’s people resources in the development of desired goals, design of plans and timelines to achieve, and determination of metrics to measure progress and ensure accountability for achievement.
